Kobe and IROI
Kobe and IROI
The city of Kobe is said to be the mecca of Japanese fashion culture and has developed as a fashion city.
Following the opening of Kobe Port in 1869, British clothing merchant Mr. Capel opened a tailor shop in the settlement, marking the beginning of "Kobe Western clothing." The apparel industry was born and grew under the influence of Western sophisticated culture.
The greatest feature of Kobe apparel is its refinement and elegance, and because it is a city that has existed for hundreds of years, Kobe's policy of not being shaken by small changes in fashion trends is still carried on today, even in the midst of rapidly changing fashion trends.
"True beauty comes from following through on one's inner will"
We reinterpret Kobe's unwavering policy and challenge IROI to create new values by combining established standards and stereotypes of beauty with a rebellious spirit.
